Return & Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes a product may not be a perfect fit, and that is why we offer a straightforward return policy. You may return eligible products within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange assistance, subject to the conditions outlined below.
SECTION 1 - RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original, unopened packaging, with all seals, labels, and tags still intact and attached.
Any product that has been used, opened, or tampered with in any way is not eligible for a return. This strictly includes products that have been tested, swatched, or sampled. Items that have been intentionally damaged or altered after delivery will not qualify for a return or refund.
SECTION 2 - REFUNDS PROCESS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that we cannot issue refunds for any original shipping or handling charges.
SECTION 3 - EXCHANGES
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept direct, automatic product exchanges. If you would like to exchange a product for a different variant, please contact our customer support team at junyq888@gmail.com for personalized assistance.
SECTION 4 - DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support team immediately. To help us resolve the issue swiftly, we require you to provide clear photos or videos of the damaged product and its packaging.
Depending on the circumstances, we will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
SECTION 5 - LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Please note that all discounted, promotional, or clearance items are considered final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. We make every effort to provide accurate product descriptions and images for final sale items to ensure transparency before purchase.
